Visiting the Panama Canal
What can I say that hasn’t already been said?
Boats passing through the canal pay a fee based on their weight, usually between $100,000-$200,000. The lowest price ever paid was 36 cents by Richard Halliburton, an American “adventurer” who swam across the canal in 1928.
